They have happy people in the library, post office and shockingly, even at the DMV. Anywhere else we've lived they seem to take the grumpy test. Loved the part about easily believing in aliens but not God--so sad, but so true. Also, why can't kids believe "wet paint" signs without having to test it by touching the paint?
