I’m SO SICK of the blah blah blah about government shut down, hearing how seniors will starve, how it’s all the Republicans’ fault, etc etc etc.

Watching the news is rather frustrating right now. Not that I do it very often. But it’s so depressing. And life is too busy to dwell on all the massive negativity they are dumping on us. I just wish these clowns would quit their selfish bickering and retire, ykwim???

Yesterday I realized that it’s always “something.” The media always gives every adult generation something to really worry about. Bay of Pigs, nuclear war, Breshnev, Ghadafi, whatever. There’s never any peace from them, did ya notice?

WELL ANYWAY I say we hold a little revolt of our own. What if they held a war and nobody came, huh? What if we all decided just to stop worrying and BE HAPPY and CONTENTED? Me, I just want to run my business in peace, I want to order my office supply stuff and make my customers happy without every government official poking and prodding and interfering and scaring me into thinking it’s all gonna come down on my head.

I say BOO.

OUR president, President Barack Obama, has told people (according to Bill Kristol of the Weekly Standard and the New York Times) that “it would be so much easier to be the president of China.”

:grump: Well, Mr. Obama, GO RIGHT AHEAD. Good riddance! Don’t let the door hit you on the way out!

What an ingrate.

Unfortunately, PBO is the president of the U.S. As Kristol said, “Barack Obama ran for president of the United States. Maybe he should start behaving as one.”

Have you noticed how the blame hounds took mere seconds to JUMP on the “Arizona Shooter” story?? Both sides of the table, too– liberals and conservatives! Sheesh, in the past, the hounds usually waited a few days to allow folks to mourn before using a tragedy to shove another agenda down people’s throats. Now, like Halloween in July, the hounds can’t start the show soon enough!

I’m tired of it. These guys are disgusting. I’m going to close my eyes and ears from it all.

You know, I have pergo floors to install, bills to pay, neighbor kids to scream at. I don’t need to have another goofy political agenda shoved down my throat because some lobbyists seeks opportunity. And DON’T YOU DARE TAKE AWAY MY SECOND AMENDMENT. Just sayin’.

In other news, we got lots o’ snow in the Northeast, did you know? It’s been a pretty good (average) season for snow. But then again, maybe liberals will outlaw snow because someone died of hypothermia… or maybe conservatives will outlaw meteorology because the weatherman was dead wrong when he said we’d only get an inch. And by the way– HA HA was he joking? Yesterday, we got 18 inches. It just wouldn’t stop. Even yesterday afternoon, when we already had 6 inches on the ground, the weather prophets were saying the storm would “taper off” any moment, and total accumulation would be 1-3 inches.

You know, it’s times like this that I really think we SHOULD just flip a coin.

I can’t copy and paste directly from the news story, because I may be slammed with “copyright infringement” for passing information along… but the basics of the story is that the tax increases that President Bush stifled during his reign and going to crop to the surface under President Obama’s reign. And the Democrats are very happy to see the taxes come back. This is BAD NEWS for average Americans. We’re going to to be CLOBBERED with taxes. Tax tax tax tax. Taxes on all income, on capital gains, on dividends, on estates… oh and there’s also all that money we have to dump into Social Security and Obamacare and the Bush Senior Drug Law…

wow, thinking about all these taxes is… taxing.

And guess whose going to enforce all these new taxes, now that the country is over its head in choking debt?

That bastion of all-American kindness and care, the IRS.

WHAT kind of IDIOTS are in our government, will someone please tell me?? These people are so stupid, their brains are leaking from their noses. That, or they are tyrannical, wicked, control-freaks. The government is going to block “controversial websites.”

So much for freedom of speech, eh?

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is blocking certain websites from the federal agency’s computers, including halting access by staffers to any Internet pages that contain a “controversial opinion,” according to an internal email obtained by CBS News.

The email was sent to all TSA employees from the Office of Information Technology on Friday afternoon.

It states that as of July 1, TSA employees will no longer be allowed to access five categories of websites that have been deemed “inappropriate for government access.”

The categories include:
Chat/Messaging
Controversial opinion
Criminal activity
Extreme violence (including cartoon violence) and gruesome content
Gaming

The email does not specify how the TSA will determine if a website expresses a “controversial opinion.”

Oh it’s a GOOOOOD thing they’re still allowing cartoon violence, gee! (P.S. What the heck are they DOING with “cartoon violence” and “gaming” on federal agency computer’s anyway?!?

And does anyone see a big problem here– namely, that porn is not “controversial” content?! HELLO!?!!? They are banning “controversial opinion” but not porn?!? Everyone knows that porn is very prevalent among federal agency computer use. Ohhh but THAT’s OK! It’s not “controversial” like those Tea Party kooks who are always quoting George Washington and waving the flag! Dangerous!

I cannot STAND that lady! She’s like the spawn of Damien! This woman lies even when she doesn’t have to! She’s just so wicked. She thoroughly fulfills what C.S. Lewis once said:

While the rest of the world in wrapped up in dumb ol’ World Cup stuff and personalized soccer balls, Hillary and cohorts are denying us our rights as American citizens under the LAW!

President Obama has spoken out against the law because he thinks that the federal government should be determining immigration policy. And the Justice Department, under his direction, will be bringing a lawsuit against the act. But the more important commitment that President Obama has made is to try to introduce and pass comprehensive immigration reform. That is what we need. Everyone knows it, and the President is committed to doing it.

WHOA WHOA WHOA. “the federal government should be determining immigration policy”????? HELLOOOOOOOO! It already did!! There are LAWS on the books! The “policy” isn’t the whims of whoever stands in front of the presidential podium, hello!!! The federal government policy is to ENFORCE THE LAW! And the law says we have BORDERS. And that our borders are to be DEFENDED.

The feds have no right to sue Arizona. Instead of enforcing the law and chasing out the Mexican ruffians, the feds are going after the states, the cannibals! We don’t need no stinkin’ “reform.” We want the LAW ENFORCED that protects US, not THEM.
