Colleges will soon be unlocking their campuses, releasing the little urchins so the dormitories can be hosed down and sanitized for another year…. and oddly enough, at the same time that the college kids hit the roads once again (some of them, literally), police blotters are bloated with mentions of DWI, DUI, and accidents. 
I don’t understand how an 18-year old can be slapped with “DWI” (Drinking While Intoxicated) when driving while drunk, the kid’s barely out of diapers and still using best acne treatment. They are DRINKING?! They are BELOW the drinking age, hello?! The DWI charge seems a bit moot… unless the penalties are harsher. In that case, I say throw the book at them.
