Chinaren… you write as if it’s completely acceptable to eat animals heads and feet, as if those who don’t haven’t reached as high a level of epicurean importance as the others. I beg to differ.

The West is fat because of corn syrup, not because of Colonel Sanders.. plus I seem to recall that, not so long ago, people would come to America in droves of millions upon millions to take advantage of the “fatness” of our land. Not to mention that the United States feeds a prortionate part of the world.

Call me a plain ol’ dumb American, but I’d rather be fat and happy than eat foreign bird brains and feet, and look down my nose at the rest of the world.

Chicken head? Pfft. My missus ordered a plate of duck heads at a restaurant a while back, and duck/chicken feet are available from any decent supermarket here.

The thing I’m amazed at is people feeding their 5 year old kid KFC.

No wonder the west is so fat. I’m so glad I don’t live there anymore.

Chicken head. Sheesh.

I would rather find something that looks like a chicken head in a bucket of chicken than a fried and battered rat, roach, possum, etc. At least then I’d know it was actually chicken and not something that just tastes like chicken.

Oh my, I think I would probably not eat fried chicken ever again if I came across the head like that! I guess when you eat the other parts you can’t really discern what they are – the head is just a little too identifiable.
