Yes, that is actually a “plan” to “save” the media’s financial crisis! “Improving the media,” and “telling the truth,” didn’t make the list, folks! Their scheme is to SUE us! And for what?! Why, for “copyright infringement,” that elusive, amorphous, wonderful magical mix of legal nonsense that changes every couple of decades!

It USED to be that “copyright infringement” meant that one person stole the works of others and claimed it as their own. You know– like, steal the top secret plans of the inner workings of a PS3 and sell it as something you yourself created. Today, “copyright infringement” is the mere passing along of information! Such as, copying and pasting from a news story online to “prove” a point or to quote someone. That’s copyright infringement?!?!?!??! IDIOTS. I’d posted about this before– I KNEW this was coming! You can’t even HUM a SONG on YouTube without being slammed.

I would love to copy and paste the news story from Wired regarding this “discovery” of how to “save” the media’s bankrolls… but I may get sued for copyright “infringement”! So what’s a blogger to do? Go and look for it yourself.

WHAT kind of IDIOTS are in our government, will someone please tell me?? These people are so stupid, their brains are leaking from their noses. That, or they are tyrannical, wicked, control-freaks. You choose. Probably both. Just because someone has an online college degree doesn’t make them SMART.

The government is going to block “controversial websites.”

So much for freedom of speech, eh?

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is blocking certain websites from the federal agency’s computers, including halting access by staffers to any Internet pages that contain a “controversial opinion,” according to an internal email obtained by CBS News.

The email was sent to all TSA employees from the Office of Information Technology on Friday afternoon.

It states that as of July 1, TSA employees will no longer be allowed to access five categories of websites that have been deemed “inappropriate for government access.”

The categories include:
Chat/Messaging
Controversial opinion
Criminal activity
Extreme violence (including cartoon violence) and gruesome content
Gaming

The email does not specify how the TSA will determine if a website expresses a “controversial opinion.”

Oh it’s a GOOOOOD thing they’re still allowing cartoon violence, gee! (P.S. What the heck are they DOING with “cartoon violence” and “gaming” on federal agency computer’s anyway?!?

And does anyone see a big problem here– namely, that porn is not “controversial” content?! HELLO!?!!? They are banning “controversial opinion” but not porn?!? Everyone knows that porn is very prevalent among federal agency computer use. Ohhh but THAT’s OK! It’s not “controversial” like those Tea Party kooks who are always quoting George Washington and waving the flag! Dangerous!

I cannot STAND that lady! She’s like the spawn of Damien! This woman lies even when she doesn’t have to! She’s just so wicked. She thoroughly fulfills what C.S. Lewis once said:

While the rest of the world in wrapped up in dumb ol’ World Cup stuff and personalized soccer balls, Hillary and cohorts are denying us our rights as American citizens under the LAW!

President Obama has spoken out against the law because he thinks that the federal government should be determining immigration policy. And the Justice Department, under his direction, will be bringing a lawsuit against the act. But the more important commitment that President Obama has made is to try to introduce and pass comprehensive immigration reform. That is what we need. Everyone knows it, and the President is committed to doing it.

WHOA WHOA WHOA. “the federal government should be determining immigration policy”????? HELLOOOOOOOO! It already did!! There are LAWS on the books! The “policy” isn’t the whims of whoever stands in front of the presidential podium, hello!!! The federal government policy is to ENFORCE THE LAW! And the law says we have BORDERS. And that our borders are to be DEFENDED.

The feds have no right to sue Arizona. Instead of enforcing the law and chasing out the Mexican ruffians, the feds are going after the states, the cannibals! We don’t need no stinkin’ “reform.” We want the LAW ENFORCED that protects US, not THEM.

All the hooplah has died down about Obamacare, but I’m still PRETTY steamed about it. I find it unconscionable that Americans will be forced to pay for that crap. AND if we don’t, be fined to the gills, sicced on by the IRS, or thrown in prison.

It’s unconscionable!!!!

Then there’s this– some groups are claiming exemption because of their faith, such as the Amish. I think that’s great– hey I would be a conscientious objector, right!

Wrong.

The recent health-care reform legislation carries a controversial mandate that all Americans obtain health insurance, but careful study of the passed law reveals there are some groups – the Amish, for example – that can obtain an exemption.

For devout Muslims, however, whose religious beliefs forbid purchasing insurance, the mandate is still binding, religion or not. And most other religious, political or conscientious objectors will similarly find themselves out of luck if they hope to be excused from the requirement.

There is a clause in the fine print, however, that could provide an out for those willing to take it.

Section 1501 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act adds a new chapter to the Internal Revenue Code mandating all “applicable” individuals either obtain health insurance that meets the bill’s “minimum essential coverage” standards or pay a penalty on tax day.

Those wicked politicians are using the income tax as a way to control us. The power to tax is the power to destroy and all that.

My faith isn’t against caring for my health. Like DUH. But it IS against having the government care for it!!

I don’t understand why more people aren’t screaming against this. Maybe they are lulled into believing that they will get free stuff and still be able to live a comfortable lifestyle (because other people are paying for it) and make their own health care decisions (not!). You think the politicians are going to let you keep sucking on those electronic cigarettes and eating eclairs all day???? NOT! Wake up, folks! The whole thing is incredibly insane.

Seniors eating meals in the state of Georgia have been told that they cannot pray before they eat! What the heck?!?!?! WHy not?!

…the meals they are contracted by the city to provide to Ed Young visitors are mostly covered with federal money, which ushers in the burden of separating church and state.

1. There is NO separation of church in state in the Constitution!! The whole concept is ILLEGAL, STUPID, INSANE, and WICKED! It’s a way to keep the Godly people quiet so that the power-mongers can have their way!

2. The seniors can’t pray over FEDERALLY-PAID for food?!?!!?!?!??!? How stupid is that?

3. Who pays for the food, anyway? No, it’s not the Federal Government! It’s the SENIORS! Yes, the seniors and the other taxpayers of this country! The Feds have NO right to TAKE our money for food, and then turn around and tell people what they can and cannot say before they eat it!

You do realize that these power-mongering tyrants are laughing all the way to the bank. They think the American people are SO STUPID. And you know what– if nothing is done about such horrible, gross breaches of our liberties– then we really ARE stupid, and deserve everything we get!

Big news is how the “stimulus” moolah and all the government rah-rah speeches did NOTHING to help “create jobs.” Well, not for any of us little peons.

You know what I want? I want JOB LOSSES! More! More job losses! Job losses are good! I’ve HAD IT with all the “creating” of “jobs” because all these new jobs are costing me a TON of money!

Not to mention that every stinkin’ Congressman who votes for that devilish Health Care Bill deserves to be booted out of Washington, DC. They spit upon the greatness that is our Constitution and form of government, the traitors. They have NO AUTHORITY to force anyone to have health insurance, nor to make anyone pay for anyone else’s, nor to provide it for anyone!

IRS Gains More Power in Health Care Bill

Subcommittee on Oversight ranking member Charles Boustany (R-La.) said the IRS provision in the bill “dangerously expands, in an ominous way the tentacles of the IRS and it’s reach into every American family,” he said today during a press conference.

“This is a vast expanse of power,” he said.

Boustany said the bill would allow the IRS to confiscate refunds if there are penalties for not buying health care.

Wooooooooooooooooooooow. They’re putting the Thugs in charge, folks! So this is ALLLL about “helping” the little guy with his high blood pressure pills, huh? Rrrright. All about Granny’s surgery to remove wrinkles, right? Rrrrrright….

Don’t you people believe for one second that this treasonous takeover has anything to do with free health care goodies for your medical expenses. If you support this bill, you are in favor of enslaving your fellow citizen, as well as yourself.
